I'm Sobbia — an integrative therapist and advanced clinical hypnotherapist, trained in talking therapies, somatic approaches, parts work and the subconscious mind. What makes this different isn't any single method. It's how they're used — together, in the same moment — so that how you feel, what you understand, and what your body holds can begin to settle into something that actually feels different.
