Therapeutic Changework Coaching

Clarity.
Direction.
Change.

You don't need to go back to move forward. Coaching is for people who are ready to think clearly about what comes next — and deal honestly with what's quietly getting in the way.

Who this is for

You're functioning — perhaps even succeeding — but something isn't moving. You're caught at a threshold: a decision you can't make, a direction you can't commit to, or a version of your life you know you're ready for but haven't been able to step into.

You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis. You need clarity, honesty, and someone who can help you think at a deeper level than you can manage alone.

This coaching is designed for exactly that moment.

What it is

Forward-
facing
work

Therapeutic Changework Coaching sits at the intersection of structured coaching and therapeutic insight. It doesn't work with trauma, diagnosis, or clinical distress — that's the work of therapy. What it does is help you get genuinely clear on where you are, where you want to be, and what's quietly standing in the way of getting there.

What makes my coaching distinct is the depth beneath it. I bring the same understanding of nervous system states, unconscious patterns, and inner conflict that I use therapeutically — without framing the work as therapy. This means the coaching goes further than a purely goal-focused model, reaching the beliefs and internal dynamics that traditional coaching often skims past.

If you're functioning well but feel stuck at a threshold — pulled in competing directions, unable to commit to a decision, or ready for a change you haven't been able to make alone — this is designed for you.

Understanding the difference

Therapy and coaching are not the same thing

Both have genuine value — and both can involve deep, meaningful work. Understanding the distinction helps you choose the right container for what you're bringing.

How coaching differs from therapy

Therapy Coaching
Explores the root of the pattern Works with the pattern in the present
Works with diagnosis, trauma, clinical distress Works with functioning people at a threshold
Past and present, both matter Present and future, primarily
Healing and understanding Clarity, decision, and action
"Understanding your patterns is not the same as being free from them. Coaching is where that freedom becomes practical."
The process

What we
work on together

01

Getting clear

Most people who come to coaching already know something needs to change — they're just not sure what, exactly. We start by creating genuine clarity: about where you are, what you want, and what you've been telling yourself about why it isn't possible.

02

Finding the block

Coaching that only works at the surface level rarely holds. We look at what's actually in the way — the beliefs, the competing parts, the fears underneath the strategy. This is where the therapeutic depth comes in, without making it therapy.

03

Moving forward

From clarity and honesty comes real forward movement. Not a plan you'll abandon in a fortnight, but decisions that are made from your values, not your anxiety. Actions that feel like yours, not prescriptions you're following because someone said to.

Coaching within an integrated practice

Most coaching works at the level of goals, strategies, and mindset — and that's useful as far as it goes. What makes this coaching different is what sits underneath it: the same therapeutic framework I bring to my clinical work.

My coaching draws directly on somatic awareness, parts work, and nervous system understanding — not as add-ons, but as the foundation. That means I can track what's happening below the surface of a conversation: the competing internal voices, the body's signals, the beliefs that have been quietly running the show. This isn't therapy — but it goes deeper than coaching that operates only at the cognitive level.

You don't need to have done therapy to benefit from this. But if you have, you'll notice the depth immediately.

What the 20 minutes involves

The free consultation is a chance to describe where you are and what you're working on — in your own words, without any pressure to package it neatly.

There's no obligation to commit to anything afterwards. It's simply an opportunity for us both to get a sense of whether working together makes sense.
